My Client is hiring a Senior Client Partner to play a critical role in how we win, deliver, and scale impact across our largest enterprise clients.
This is not a traditional Customer Success role. This is a highly strategic, client-facing leadership role operating at the intersection of:

What You’ll Do
Partner with Sales to Shape & Win Deals
- Engage in pre-sale conversations with enterprise clients
- Co-create execution strategies and implementation plans
- Ensure deals are structured to:
- Deliver real value
- Enable faster revenue realization
Lead Early Client Execution (Critical First 6 Months)
- Own the transition from sale → execution → adoption
- Translate strategy into a clear, actionable program plan
- Drive alignment across:
- Client stakeholders (Enablement, Sales leadership)
- Internal teams
Drive Adoption, Outcomes & Revenue
- Ensure programs are being adopted and driving results
- Identify opportunities to:
- Accelerate revenue
- Expand client relationships
Measure Impact & Tell the Story
- Define and evolve success metrics (e.g., “Triple Metric”)
- Lead Executive Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Connect enablement initiatives to business outcomes
