New | Senior Client Partner

My Client is hiring a Senior Client Partner to play a critical role in how we win, deliver, and scale impact across our largest enterprise clients.

This is not a traditional Customer Success role. This is a highly strategic, client-facing leadership role operating at the intersection of:

  • Sales
  • Client Success
  • Strategic Consulting

  • You will help shape the client strategy and experience
  • Ensure deals can be successfully executed, post-sale
  • Drive impact in the most critical points of the client lifecycle

What You’ll Do

Partner with Sales to Shape & Win Deals

  • Engage in pre-sale conversations with enterprise clients
  • Co-create execution strategies and implementation plans
  • Ensure deals are structured to:
  • Deliver real value
  • Enable faster revenue realization

Lead Early Client Execution (Critical First 6 Months)

  • Own the transition from sale → execution → adoption
  • Translate strategy into a clear, actionable program plan
  • Drive alignment across:
  • Client stakeholders (Enablement, Sales leadership)
  • Internal teams

Drive Adoption, Outcomes & Revenue

  • Ensure programs are being adopted and driving results
  • Identify opportunities to:
  • Accelerate revenue
  • Expand client relationships

Measure Impact & Tell the Story

  • Define and evolve success metrics (e.g., “Triple Metric”)
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Connect enablement initiatives to business outcomes

  • Partner with Sales to shape high-quality, executable deals
  • Drive faster time to value and revenue realization
  • Bring structure and clarity to complex, ambiguous client environments

Sales Enablement Expertise

  • Experience in sales enablement, GTM strategy, or commercial transformation

Client-Facing Consulting Experience

  • Comfortable advising enterprise clients
  • Able to connect strategy to execution

Commercial Acumen

  • Understands deal dynamics, revenue impact, and growth levers

Program & Systems Thinking

  • Can step back and see the full program; not just individual components

Ideal Backgrounds
