The Opportunity
We are partnering with a well-established, multi-site manufacturing business in the building products space to hire a Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead the next phase of growth.
This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with ownership of the company’s commercial strategy, sales organization, and revenue growth initiatives. The business has a strong foundation; loyal customers, high-quality products, and ~$30M+ in revenue and is now focused on building a more structured, performance-driven sales engine
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a national sales organization, including regional managers and independent reps
- Drive revenue growth through both existing account expansion and new business development
- Bring structure and accountability to the sales function (pipeline management, metrics, forecasting)
- Act as a hands-on, market-facing leader; meeting customers, supporting key deals, and coaching the team
- Identify and execute on new market opportunities across the building products ecosystem
- Partner with executive leadership to shape go-to-market strategy and long-term growth plans
What We’re Looking For
- Sales leadership experience within building products, manufacturing, or adjacent OEM environments
- Strong background in consultative, technical selling
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams
- Track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence
- Experience bringing structure, process, and accountability to a sales organization
- Hands-on, relationship-driven leader who is comfortable operating in a player-coach capacity
