My client is a leading provider of research-backed sales methodologies and skills training used by many of the world’s most recognized enterprise organizations. The company is entering its next phase of growth, evolving from a primarily services-led model into a scalable, AI-enabled product organization.
They are seeking a Principal Product Manager to help architect and lead the next generation of their product ecosystem.
The Opportunity
This role will define and drive the future of how the company’s intellectual property is delivered, integrated, and experienced by customers.
You will lead the design of a modern content delivery ecosystem that connects learning content, AI capabilities, and enterprise sales workflows – enabling solutions to operate seamlessly inside customer environments.
This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape product vision and architecture at a pivotal moment in the company’s evolution.
What You’ll Do
Define the Product Vision
- Own the strategy and roadmap for the company’s digital content delivery ecosystem
- Translate product strategy into scalable delivery models across LMS platforms, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows
- Position the delivery infrastructure as a scalable product capability that supports long-term growth
Architect the Delivery Ecosystem
- Define requirements for the end-to-end content delivery platform across LMS/LCMS systems, integrations, portals, and analytics
- Design scalable workflows for deploying and managing content across enterprise environments
- Lead API and integration strategy across enterprise sales and learning technology stacks
Drive AI-Enabled Innovation
- Identify and define AI use cases across content delivery, personalization, automation, and analytics
- Partner with internal technology teams and external vendors to implement AI-enabled capabilities
- Ensure AI is embedded into the product strategy as a core differentiator
Lead Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Own the product roadmap and delivery priorities
- Partner with engineering, content development, client experience, and operations teams
- Manage vendor and platform relationships supporting the delivery ecosystem
- Establish metrics and continuously improve the product experience based on customer insights
What We’re Looking For
- 7–12+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-system product architectures and integrations
- Strong understanding of AI-enabled workflows and modern product development environments
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as LMS/LCMS systems, APIs, and SaaS integrations
- Ability to operate strategically while also working hands-on in a lean environment
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- Experience working with enterprise customers and stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Background in learning technology, EdTech, or sales enablement platforms
- Experience integrating products into enterprise systems such as Salesforce, LMS platforms, or sales tech stacks
- Experience building products in high-growth or startup environments
