This role will bring order, accuracy, and confidence to how deals are structured, validated, and reflected in Salesforce.
My client is a PE-backed B2B SaaS company that helps large, complex sales organizations win more effectively by aligning sales messaging, training, and execution with how buyers actually make decisions.
The company works with some of the largest enterprise organizations in the world, helping them improve sales performance across global, high-velocity sales teams. Their solutions sit at the intersection of sales strategy, enablement, and execution, making them deeply embedded in customers’ revenue engines.
What You’ll Own
This is not basic data entry. You will:
- Own deal accuracy inside Salesforce Revenue Cloud
- Partner directly with Strategic Account Executives on complex enterprise deals
- Validate pricing, terms, quantities, products, and contract details
- Ensure Salesforce reflects the real economics of the deal
- Support renewals visibility and forecasting readiness
- Identify and flag workflow issues or improvements in Revenue Cloud setup
- Act as the bridge between Sales, Finance, and Salesforce Admin resources
You will be a trusted operator, not a back-office ticket taker.
What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)
- Sales trusts you as their go-to partner for deal structure
- Finance trusts Salesforce data without manual reconciliation
- Deal errors and post-close corrections are materially reduced
- Renewals and contract visibility improve
- Salesforce workflows become simpler, cleaner, and more consistent
Ideal Background
- 3+ years hands-on Salesforce experience
- Direct experience with Revenue Cloud / CPQ
- Salesforce Administrator certification (strongly preferred)
- Experience supporting enterprise or complex B2B sales motions
- Comfortable working with Sales, Finance, and offshore teams
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and confident pushing back when needed
Bonus if you have:
- RevOps or Deal Desk exposure
- Sales Finance or FP&A adjacency
- Experience auditing deals or bookings accuracy
