We’re looking for a Marketing & Content Lead to own and scale our content engine, brand voice, and growth channels from the ground up. If you’re a creative storyteller with a data-driven mindset and love wearing multiple hats, let’s talk.
🔥 What You’ll Do
- Build and lead our content distribution strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and community growth.
- Launch and manage our email marketing, social media, Slack community, and paid channels.
- Maintain and evolve the editorial calendar, aligning content with key launches and growth initiatives.
- Optimize every piece of content for SEO, performance, and impact.
- Use data and analytics to continuously refine messaging, format, and channel strategy.
- Identify and nurture partnerships that amplify our brand reach.
💡 What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in content marketing or growth marketing roles (preferably in early-stage or high-growth startups).
- Deep knowledge of SEO best practices, performance analytics, and CMS tools.
- Proven ability to turn technical ideas into engaging, digestible content.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and creative—with a test-and-learn mindset.
- Passion for technology, AI, and early-stage startup culture.
✨ Bonus Points
- Experience launching newsletters, building LinkedIn brand presence, or growing podcast audiences.
- Familiarity with Slack-based communities or B2B developer/tech audiences.
