We’re looking for a Business Development & Sales Lead to build and own our outbound sales motion from the ground up. If you’re a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, loves building relationships, and knows how to open doors in early-stage environments—let’s talk.
🔥 What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute our go-to-market (GTM) and outbound sales strategy
- Identify, research, and engage with potential customers and partners across tech, SaaS, and enterprise
- Build a scalable outbound engine (email sequences, CRM workflows, lead scoring, etc.)
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closed deal
- Collaborate with the founder and marketing team to align messaging, pitch strategy, and product positioning
- Maintain a feedback loop from the market to help shape roadmap and GTM priorities
- Track and analyze key pipeline metrics to iterate and improve the sales process
💡 What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (ideally in early-stage startups or SaaS)
- Proven ability to generate and qualify leads, build relationships, and close deals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—you know how to personalize outreach that actually gets a reply
- Comfort operating autonomously in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- A scrappy, resourceful, builder’s mindset and a deep curiosity about emerging tech and AI
✨ Bonus Points
- Experience selling to technical audiences (e.g., engineering leaders, CTOs)
- Familiarity with developer tools, open source ecosystems, or B2B SaaS sales cycles
- Experience using modern sales stacks (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally in a remote, async environment
